Keep the light within

No matter what we all face difficulties that cause us to wonder how it will all work out in the end!  From my own experience I can see how God has worked through situations.  Information has been revealed to me in a timely manner or help come in another form such as friendship or material goods.  It is the minds job to doubt as a famous teacher said!  Don't be troubled by your minds tendency to feed you negative thoughts.  Just like on a TV you can switch your channel (thoughts.)   You first have to learn how to monitor them and that comes from a space within the heart.  We really don't live our lives from our minds but rather can connect with our hearts and then direct the mind to a healthy course of action.  Our hearts hold the natural capacity to love and be still and feel peace.  When we have those inner qualities we can send the same energy to others who are around us thus we can uplift the world.

This is the message of all the greats Saints to turn to God in our hearts.  Our soul becomes pure with God's love and power.  It is not the kind of power that bullies and tyrants are made of or use to oppress others!  They will have to learn the lessons that we all go through to bring us to God and humbly live in that union of joy and bliss.  You need not be afraid of people who threaten because they don't really know God inside.  You will have to learn to protect yourself and establish boundaries.  Love doesn't leave you gullible and vulnerable.  Rather it gives you a greater sense of confidence in who you are and what you are willing to tolerate.  You can do it with love but I have found do it I must!

There is a sound and light within that can be experienced through meditation.  That whole experience of inner consciousness takes place through initiation by an enlightened Master.  I can recommend one web for you to check www.sos.org  You can follow me on www.Twitter.com/Langata145 as I retweet several spiritual sites.  Meditation is the center of all spiritual development and I even find when I have not spent the time I have needed in meditation there is a tendency to feel a shift toward the negative.  Be aware that the paybacks are worth the time and effort of meditating.  There is no easy road or quick trip to spiritual development.  Make sure that you stay focused and disciplined.  It's not an airy fairy sort of experience.  Under the guidance of a real master you will be given many tests and challenges that are necessary for your own enlightenment.  It is not for wimps!

Pray for others who are suffering everyday like the children of Haiti who are suffering from cholera.  Do what you can every day to help uplift the life of another person or animal.  Look around you and see if you can help in your neighborhood.  Times are very difficult for humans and animals are feeling the effects of the economy as people can no longer afford to keep their pets.  Reach out to people who could benefit from your generosity.  Support our troops by finding organizations that send them goods for Christmas.

The holidays are coming up very shortly and you might look at volunteering at a shelter.  How about cooking a vegetarian meal this Thaksgiving and sending the money to an turkey rescue mission.  God loves all and says to love all!  Pray to St. Francis of Assisi to open your heart to love animals and recognize their souls.  There is so much love in the world and so many vegetables if we could learn a different set of eating behaviors.

I will write again tomorrow and I welcome you to contact me at lawrencerita511@gmail.com also visit http://MyRain.me/Rita for antioxidant information.  In my work as a Professional Life Coach I require individual's to meditate daily and eat a vegetarian diet.
