Small Business Start-ups 'kitchen table style' is applicable for nurses.

http://www.philstar.com/headlines/2013/02/26/913217/dole-advises-nurses-seek-alternative-jobs  The Philippines has been a hub for nurses who after graduation then enter the job markets in the UK, USA and elsewhere.  http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-108240/Filipino-nurses-join-NHS-exodus.html  While waiting in the Philippines they may not be able to find employment and the Department of Labor has advised nurses to seek other employment opportunities.
http://www.oprah.com/health/Signs-You-Are-Burnt-Out-Burnout-Signs-Sings-You-Are-Overworked  It is not surprising in today's workplace for nurses to find that they suffer from burnout.  Sometimes nurses neglect to care for themselves and it is important to be reminded to take care of your own well being.  Oprah has a list of burn out symptoms to pay attention to.
http://www.publications.parliament.uk/pa/cm201012/cmselect/cmhealth/1428/1428we09.htm  Julie Fagan has served nurses who have charges made against them and has been listened to by parliament where documentation about this issue has been made and attention given to the plight of nurses.

Money is important!  I recommend that nurses read and absorb the ideas of others who have been successful with business start-ups.  Some assume that there has to be a large outlay of capital and perhaps an office or shop front.  That is why I use the term 'Small Business Start-ups - kitchen table style.'  As long as you have a creative idea and can put a plan written down on paper you can start where you are.  Even if you have to sign on to a computer at the library do that but don't think you can't!  In fact take that word out of your mind and stop communicating it to others.  You can do it and with a clear intention and determination you will succeed.  Avoid those who tell you that you won't be successful and surround yourself with like minded and motivated people.  Call them 'dream busters, kite downers,' or whatever you like, but don't let them influence your ambitions and dreams.
I was advised that we could not meet at the Amway Center in London and will be announcing other venues so that you can network and experience the atmosphere created by network marketing companies.  I recommend models such as Tupperware and Mary Kay because they are expanding in the London area and have mentors and resources to support your business to market and sell the products.  Once you learn network marketing you can use it any business.  I read a book some time ago about 'grape vine' marketing and companies in the US actually employ people to go out in public and speak positively about their services or products.  Such is the importance of word of mouth.  http://www.amazon.com/What-Customers-Value-Most-Transformation/dp/0471641235 is well worth the read to learn about marketing and selling based on research.  Here is some of the content that will help you to deliver excellent customer service and get the word of mouth rewards that you work for.  'Positive word of mouth - a dissatisfied customer will tell eight to 10 other people about his or her bad experiences that very same day.  Over the next week possibly 75 more.  If you lose that customer, it costs you 5 to 12 times more to get a new customer than to keep your existing one.'  Your job is to use the products then recommend them to your friends, family and others you meet and help them get the total experience of linking with your products because they you have gained their trust by honestly recommending what works best for you.
Reading books on self-development is important so that your knowledge about yourself increases and you constantly strive to weed out the parts of your personality or habits that are not serving you well and reinforcing positive habits and communication with others.   Ethical living and accountability are the underpinnings of being true to yourself and spiritual living.  Enjoy those parts of your life that will be important to you forever like your family.

“There's only one day at a time here, then it's tonight and then tomorrow will be today again.' ¬Bob Dylan  The benefit of earning money is that you can then spend more time with family and choices for your own life style.  Today is the best time to start and to learn to become proactive in today's work environment.  Become conscious of the reality that nurses today may not experience job security and for those who are faced with allegations that result in an investigation I hope that you will turn your situation around quickly.  I believe that network marketing is an opportunity for nurses to earn money and gain financial stability and freedom.

Please join me at a new location to be announced later this week.  My prayers and well wishes are with you as you make the changes that will change your life for the better and in this season of Diwali I wish you prosperity and abundance.
Warm Regards, Rita.
