This would make a great hospital. Just feels right to be clean and fresh looking. A place to heal in.
Hospital expenditure is having to be trimmed in areas such as hiring and due to the uncertainty over the Affordable Care Act. A.J. Rice health care industry analyst states 'I just don't know if (hiring) will go all the way back to the previous robust levels.' medcitynews.com John Hageman's article headed 'Hospital leaders blame fewer jobs on lower Medicare payments.' Nov 23, 2013. In patient hospitalizations have a higher reimbursement rate therefore hospitals are opening observation beds where a patient can be monitored for a certain number of hours say 24 while tests and monitoring can present a diagnosis. For instance a patient presenting with symptoms of a heart attack can be put on a heart monitor and have a series of blood specimens drawn to see if the levels that are indicative of heart muscle damage are present along with any changes in heart conduction and other clinical measures. The federal government in turn hires auditors to determine if money can be recovered through a retroactive review of inpatient stays.
Fiercehealthcare.com Katie Sullivan Nov 25th 2013 gives an example of how one hospital is adapting to less money. The Cleveland Clinic, Ohio is offering early retirement to 3,000 employees and also plan to cut operating-room expenses and pay less to vendors. http://costsofcare.blogspot.co.uk/2012/07/surgery-at-147-per-minute.html That sounds like the best place to start to me after reading Nate Johnson's blog The Cost of Care who reports that the cost of an operation is $147.00 per minute.
Interestingly, the Press Telegram cited statistics from the AACN that U.S. nursing schools turned away 75,587 qualified applicants from baccalaureate and graduate nursing programs in 2011. Those figures were missing from the association's latest findings that nurses who graduate with either a bachelor or master's degree are easily finding employment, compared to the national average across all professions

Ilene MacDonald's article looked at nursing jobs following a recent http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/bonanza bonanza recruitment drive in New Mexico where nurses are needed in rural areas.
An article in The Daily News, Australia by Linda Silmalis, September 29, 2013 entitled Naughty nurses told to behave after posting saucy selfies on social media. Selfies are the pictures with a cheeky caption. Most of the posts reported in various news media I have come across involve younger nurses. It is important understand http://www.cynergyevents.co.uk/nationalleadershipcouncil/meeting_3/GenerationY.pdf
Why Generation Y do the things that they do.
- They are accustomed to being entertained at all times.
- They are accustomed to being pampered.
- They are computer savvy.
- They need guidance.
The problem is about the content that can seem to be from their perspective as fun. That may be so but when it involves patient information then they have crossed a line that goes from what can be viewed as unethical to illegal. Their particular characteristics are different from those of their parents generation - baby boomers and should be considered and weighed against the degree of patient harm that occurred. If it is about inappropriate smiles with a tongue hanging out to the side of the mouth - Q sign - as one post showed this seems to imitate facial gestures by the current female singers that I have seen. I think the title of the Australian article reflects this trend that has been occurring with young nurses as well as nursing students i.e. Johnson County Community College Kansas.
When it comes to money - money is important! I will post a video by Abraham Hicks so that you can learn more about tuning into your Higher Power to attract more of what you want into your life. http://www.bonanza.com/ebay_alternative Check this entrepreneurial site out because it has free listings in different countries around the globe and is geared toward bootstrapped startups and offers funding. My best wishes are with those who are not able to work due to license restrictions or suspensions/revocations. Let not fear be in your mind and replace that kind of thinking with Bible verses or other spiritual writings that are powerful and meaningful to you.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YMWmuCsQ5x0 Concentrate on these three steps: 1) ASK; 2) have faith that the path is already being made for you to manifest money and 3) stop blocking money i.e. saying money isn't there for you.
All the very best for your abundance.
Rita.
