ONLY LOVE...That's the message of teachers like Nelson Mandela

http://nydn.us/19k9OXM    Nelson Mandela you will be missed by all who love the brotherhood of mankind.  When you freed the black people of South Africa you freed all of us.  That is my own experience.  The walls come down in our own hearts as they are dismantlement where they stood between people of different races.  An African treasure that lives in the heart of all.
My vision for this online community is to continue to grow and that is happening as more and more people sign on around the world.  I am excited because what has been started can kick up to the next level and this is where I want us to go...The web site will go up so that you can find information and links easily that will help you cope especially in the initial stages of an investigation.  I want you to feel and know that there is a community that exists that cares about you and what you are going through.  You are not alone.  I have mentioned Julie Fagan's web site CARE and her dedication to making sure that your stories are told to those who are in political office.  This documentation has been presented to parliament and I feel that it is a human rights issue when nurses are denied their right to earn a living and support their family.
We know in our heart and soul when it resonates with the truth.  I saw a movie called The Butler and thanks to Hollywood the white people are finally getting an education about the black people's experience that has ingrained a toxicity that spills over to this day and we as white people are responsible for making amends.  Thanks and gratitude to peacemakers like Mandela and Barack Obama who have stood in their own knowing of what they believed to be the right course for the people they represent.  Let them become our role models and ones we seek counsel from in our lives to be more compassionate and understanding.

Animals are great company and give each other love and care.  Let them be our role models too.  If they were good enough for St. Francis of Assisi, they are good enough for me.  Look up videos about special animal bonds that people have made and see the love that we all share in common.  Let us expand our consciousness and embrace all.  As you will notice from the name I use Langata it is Kenyan and that is because my roots are in Mombasa and Nairobi where I was born and raised.  I played in the bush and enjoyed nature as a teacher and didn't have the constraints of having to conform to a white peoples world.  We were segregated in neighborhoods and schools and while I found friends to play with who were African, Arab and Indian I wondered why they lived separately and why we weren't encouraged to mix.  I love elephants and hope that all people come to love them too and want to protect rather than have them killed for Ivory and it's a victory for them too now that the Kenyan Army has now be assigned to protect them.  Too sad that people are less evolved than their counterparts in the animal kingdom.
When it comes to the Donald there is no match for his attitude of being a Champion.  The Donald (Trump) speaks out against wind power because he is aware of the millions of birds that are killed each year by turbines.  Thinks consciously about the effects that our consumption have on these creatures that have their lives to live too.  You may wonder why I think we should care, and it's because I see nurses as very caring and our impact can be such that we can be protective and advocates for all that is good.
When it comes to money - money matters and I want that to be your first priority and this site can help you be supported as you transition from your work as a nurse into the world of e commerce.  I say e commerce and not regular commerce because the market is global now and you will have a wide market to sell your products and services to by having a web presence.  https://tictail.com/ offers a free web shop.  If you have a creative imagination and would like to work on some invention I think the medical field is the best place to be.  The Times on Monday 22nd November 2013 featured a woman business entrepreneur who started a detox drink called Nosh on a two thousand pound bank overdraft.  Since selling her drinks she has now opened The Infusion Clinic, London that offers vitamin infusions and vaccines.
https://www.facebook.com/msn/posts/10151788781321409  A car mechanic in Argentina came up with a plastic instrument that can replace metal forceps used in breech delivery.  A syringe manufacture has taken on the project in NJ and MD's are praising his invention.  As nurses we have valuable knowledge and experience that if put into a plan can mean the next invention to be put on the market.  Spend some time each day and write down the things that come to mind that could be done differently.  Explore your creativity.
Adyashanti is a teacher who studied in Buddhism and has wonderful insights and a gift for making these practical in our lives.  Most of us would like to lead a life that is less painful or that has less struggle and resistance.  Something happens that allows us to contemplate a different way of going through this process we call life.  A different way of shifting through the experiences and being less emotionally charged.  Listening to Adyashanti's words and calm demeanor can't do anything but help and I hope you enjoy this video and look at others on youtube.  I notice some mention about scandal on the web and if you get distracted by that garbage you can choose to miss the teachings and that's your loss.  This inner work is about transcendence and not judgement.  I am not talking about illegal activity but what people do is their own business.  I think for instance that President Clinton was great no matter what happened between he and a woman called Monica.  Who gives a rats ass?
Enjoy being able to create the life you want and engaging with your world in a welcoming and appreciating way.  Appreciate the great works that President Clinton achieved like reducing the deficit.  Why focus on the negatives?  Celebrate all and take the best and learn from it.  We all have to overcome stigma and gossip so what better way of doing that than standing by those who are singled out?
My very best wishes are with you as you meet the challenges of your particular circumstances and no matter what go on to create your dreams and achieve your goals.  Don't let anything keep you from prosperity and the life that you deserve.  'For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not harm you.  Plans to give you hope and a future'  Jeremiah 29:11.  Claim powerful scriptures like this one and spiritual teachings to empower and support you.
Warm Wishes, Rita.
