Nurse ePreneurs - are writing and creating opportunities to earn money!

I have spoken about the law of attraction and clearing energy through tapping and would like to remind you to keep tapping and using the YouTube.com resources by Margaret M. Lynch.  She has just put out a video to tell us NOT to make New Year's Resolutions - instead use Goals for making more money.
I was amazed to read two recent quotes about the law of attraction and wanted to share one with you as it was an affirmation that I was leading you in the right direction.  We are truly blessed to have access to this technique and knowledge.  "If we look at nature we find that at the core of all the physical sciences is the law of attraction.  The whole universe is held together by the law of Love expressed as physics."  H.H. Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj.
When I go onto this page I never know how long it will take before the notices go up that it cannot save and then the page freezes and I am unable to keep typing or edit.  I am still working on getting twitter@Langata145.com back which has been hacked so if you can still let twitter know that this site needs that account to post the blog to 2,000 followers that I have built up I would greatly appreciate your help and support.  Tomorrow I will be meeting with Richard about the webpage and on it will be listed resources and blog sites.  Because of the challenges that I have had in keeping my posts from being deleted while I am typing sometimes I am going to start blogging on NowPublic.com and encourage nurses to start their own blogs on that news site as well.
A nurse wrote anonymously in The Independent, Friday 3rd January, 2014 about her own ordeal of working in a system that does not support midwives practice in the hospital setting.  In the recent past I came across an article about a patient who was left unattended for hours and was in pain.  The nurse patient relationship is reciprocal and how difficult it is for many nurses like the one who wrote this article to struggle to give the level of care that they sincerely wish to give only to be left with far to many patients, many of whom are complex.  Burnout is inevitable and for this nurse she decided to throw in the towel after 10 years and seeing that things were not getting any better with a current 5,000 midwife shortage in the UK and immigration policy for instance allowing for an influx of new people.  She wrote about c-sections among the mothers whom she cared for some of them having had preterm babies and how working 13 hours straight was too much to keep up, regularly working with 1-2 auxiliary support workers.  A few years ago I came across an article about the rise in numbers of c-sections to meet the needs of young mothers who were described as "Too posh to push."  I wonder whether midwives were ever part of the equation when it came to the decision to do elective c-sections as the workload and responsibility would have added to their stress.  The author commented "I regularly fear for the loss of my midwifrey PIN registration from factors out of my control."
I invite you to join NowPublic.com and successfully send a message to the government and public about what nurses are experiencing in the workplace especially as it relates to those who do find themselves under investigation because of an incident that arouse from the workplace not being conducive to patient safety.
A friend of mine has been outspoken about the nurse midwifery shortage and had NHS bailiffs turn up on her doorstep.  Even as I type I keep getting bumped out to the main google search page.  Not sure who or what is causing this problem.  Someone posted on facebook if you don't like something don't do it.  That's not really the way nurses are...maybe for teachers who I think should have been more outspoken and proactive about the classroom experience for children and why so many aren't learning.
I agree with this nurse for writing an article to express her feelings and concerns.  We cannot separate ethics and politics because our profession is governed by legislature that sets scope of practice and laws that we have to ultimately be responsible for any adverse outcomes for those whom are in our care, even if they were caused by external factors or forces beyond our control.  Aristotle identified a specific virtue or skill (solertia) which is associated with being confident, decisive and courageous in carrying through a decision or action plan.  I think nurses today need a contingency plan and not to be put in a position where they not only jeopardize their own license but may face legal charges.  That is why I encourage nurses to start writing and putting the message out there for the key stakeholders and to start a small business start-up kitchen table style.   Crisis in Greek originally meant 'decision making time,' and I think the time has come to decide like this nurse to step back at least and evaluate.  I think nurses have the right to expect nurse to patient ratios to be in harmony with the research by Dr. Aiken, The University of Pennsylvania.
I will also be looking at different blog sites for writing spiritual content in addition to the NowPublic.com so look for me and we will continue to grow.
Please remember that this is a grassroots group and that having the attitude of compassion and understanding for one another is essential because it won't always be evident in the community, especially among those whom you have counted on in the past.  Find each other and meet up regularly to help and encourage each individual to survive and grow.  We heal in community.  Please listen to some of the Abraham Hicks videos and audios about why not to be negative because it's kind of like making a groove in the old time records even deeper.  It's important to say your story on line, to your local politician and to the Department of Labor.  Let's be conscious about making 2014 the year for nurses who get into difficulties with their licenses to Step out from the Shadows.  Action is always preferable to non-action and once you reach out and find others in similar circumstances you will exchange ideas and move on quicker than dwelling on the situation alone.
I will post on NowPublic.com tomorrow and I look forward to more of you blogging on that site also.  You are not along and a whole online community is behind you 100% and cares deeply about your future success.  This group is alive with a Power that is aligned with the Intention to create the best possible future for nurses who undergo state board discipline.  The best is yet to come.
As Jim Rohn said - you can skip a meal every now and then, but don't miss reading a book.  Tomorrow I will feature Richard Goossen's book "ePreneur."  Check out this web site www.crowdpreneur.com.
My very best wishes are with you all and for your future entrepreneurial success.
Warm Wishes, Rita Lawrence
