People everywhere share a commonality of interdependence with each other and with nature that supplies the abundance we need to exist.  Money is  all due to nature we have nothing on our own or separate from the earths resources. Money gives us more choices and freedom to enjoy our lives.  When we have a freedom taken away from us there is a tangible effect that nurses experience when they encounter problems with their licenses.  This group is going to fill a gap by providing a platform for nurses to support each others business's and grow in the areas of personal and spiritual development.  I normally follow a three stage format for this blog to address issues in health care, business information that will provide information that will encourage you to start your own small business kitchen table style because you can start where you are at, then I provide information about personal and spiritual development.
2014 STEPPING OUT FROM THE SHADOWS is going to be a year of expansion and inclusion of nurses from many other parts of the world who have to transition from nursing and face and weed out some deep rooted fears that we all have and in order to grow must be weeded out.  I recommend a regular practice of meditation and vegetarian diet.  President Bill Clinton faced his health challenges through diet and First Lady Michelle Obama has supported healthy foods for children in schools.  They both recognise that our health and quality of life is impacted by the choices we make.  I mentioned that we all share the earths resources and that includes animals.  St. Francis if Assisi loved all and that included animals whom he viewed as his brothers and sisters.   Jim Rohn taught that you can miss a meal now and then but do not miss reading.  Write out a daily schedule to follow and set
aside an hour for reading and if you can start writing a blog and publish an ebook.  Nurses who are facing a situation that is similar to yours will benefit by your experience.  You have a great deal of worth and value and let that shine.   Join with others who are Coming out from the Shadows and Standing Tall in one world wide community.
I follow the principles set forth by Rhonda Byrne who wrote The Secret and others who teach along the same lines.  Rhonda says - To desire something is in proper accordance with the law of attraction. You attract what you desire.  To need something is misuse of the law.  You cannot attract what you need if you feel you need it urgently or desperately because that emotion contains fear.  That kind of needing keeps things away.
One last thing I would like to mention is that there has to be an element with political identification and connection and while I encourage you to research, read and question I will share my own views with you.  Karl G. Schoemer who wrote Change is Your Competative Advantage talks about the concept of living by Design.  Jim Rohn said - The reason why most people face the future with apprehension instead of anticipation is because they do not have it we'll designed.   Please check earlier references. Some may jump to the conclusion that by questioning you are being defiant but that is not the truth.   When you question you weed out imperfections in yourself and the system.  Toxicity can show up in many ways but language is the primary mode of operation.   Ahimsa is the practice of nonviolence in thought, word and deed.  When you question do so with confidence and boldness as well as dignity.   Two leaders who are speaking up for our human dignity are President Barrack Obama and Colin Powell who although may be aligned with their own political party see that people need to have some social needs met such as health care and much is being done to provide other social safety nets such as shelter and housing.  My friend who helped me through my initial transition used to say - There is many a slip between the cup and the lip.  That is why I love those who have the courage of their convictions to speak the truth no matter how unpopular it may make them to address topics that cause controversy.  Living by Design means that you question and just as we use the nursing process we think then act and evaluate while gathering data and questioning all the time.  Unity comes about only at the personal level, when each one experiences it for oneself.  When we merge in God, and see the Light of God in every being, we have truly realised unity.  -  His Holiness sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj.
